In remembrance of the Rastaman and reggae legend Joseph Hill. Jah bless & Jah guide.
I have way too many favorite Culture songs, so it would be hard for me to pick just one . Since Joseph Hill was sometimes called “The Keeper of Zion’s Gate”, I thought the Culture song, Zion Gate would be appropriate.
On August 19th it will have been 7 years since Joseph Hill passed through Zion’s gates, and we still miss him.
ZION GATE
I don’t wanna be left out of, Zion gate
I don’t wanna be shut out of, Zion gate
I need, Jah need you
To let in this love, and see you
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill my heart with love
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill I heart with love
When the sons and daughters go look around
And see the wondrous ting, dat Jah ‘ave done around
The birds and the puppies, inna good place of rest
And even the waters flow
And the shinning rainbow beyond the frosty clouds, you know
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill I heart with love
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill I heart with love
Nothing is wrong that Jah makes
Everything is perfect
And He leads the way always
Jah is all I need,
To make, everything is going right to we
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill I heart with love
Jah alone can give I satisfaction
Fill I heart with love
Jah know it’s true
Jah alone can give I satisfaction to satisfy I soul
nice worshiping song for brother hill I like it very much.
