Graffiti, “Progressive Youths” on the back streets of Montego Bay. (1986)
Graffiti is all over in Jamaica, it’s in city, in the country, even at the beach. Most of it is political in some way, either in support of a certain party or bringing attention to community conditions. I always try to photograph it when ever I come across something good. This is a good example of some political graffiti, notice the “Love JLP” on the right of the image.
